Please see below comparisons of the collective agreements for the soon to be new bargaining unit of the Manitoba Shared Health Employer Group, Facility Support. The agreements used are the CUPE 204 (formerly 1550) HSC agreement and the MGEU HSC Security Guards agreement.
While CUPE and MGEU will not be the only unions on the ballot, it is expected as they are the two largest unions the race will come down to them.
While these comparisons have been created for the CUPE 5362 (CancerCare Manitoba Support Workers) the actual comparisons will be of interest to any facility support worker within Shared Health.
